The Megaron reproductions are totally handmade, from natural materials like wood and clay and the dimensions are in scale with the real. The floor and wall paintings are hand painted from acrylic and hobby colors, whereas the patterns are mostly inspired by frescoes found in various rooms inside the palaces.
The Lion Gate reproduction is cast made from plaster. A prototype is made in clay and a silicone mold is produced for the final product. The surrounding stones are made of clay.
The Linear B tablets are exact replicas made of clay. The exact size and text is copied from original tablets, mostly from the Pylos archive. The tablets are, just like the original ones, sun dried but not baked.
